The Problem
Customer was experiencing poor first pass yields of their PCB assemblies from their current CM. They were building an inventory of non functioning assemblies and falling behind meeting their customer commitments. Several technicians were spending days trying the debug the "bone pile".
Our Solution
We introduced them to our in house Flying Probe test platform. They gave us orders and the first pass yields of our PCB assemblies was 100%. They quickly caught up with their customer deliveries and refocused their technicians on other duties. Their profits increased as a result of our processes and test strategy.
